My father expired in Jun 2012, he has his pension account(joint account with my mother) with Andhra bank.
Initially when we approached bank, they asked us to submit death certificate and other documents. They said that bank would be sending the documents to railway office, and it is not necessary to go to railway office.
Couple of days back, when i approached bank, bank manager asked us to go to railway office.
Please let me know, what is the exact procedure for processing of pension for my mother.
