I HAVE APPLIED FOR RELHS HEALTH CARD 4 months ago,still i am not getting any positive response.Even calling to the rail nil people they are saying same like"CARDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE" FROM 4 MONTHS.
Every time they saying the same.Kindly look into this issue and help me out.
