Respected Sir,
I was selected as JE(C&W) through LDCE. I was placed at no. 2 in the panel. Now after 03 years my batchmate, placed at no.3 in panel, has asked the administration to place him at no. 2 and myself at no. 3. The mark list he produced, shows that I have got 37 marks out of 50 in written examination and 24 marks in ACR. He has got 35 & 26. Both of us aggregate marks are equal, i.e. 61. He is senior in age as well as in service. How he came to know the marks I don't know. The mark list was never provided to any of the candidate placed on panel. One point is crucial here that I have got more marks than him in written exam and this selection is based on talented Quota. I want to know who will be senior amongst us? Is it mandatory for administration to provide the mark list to every candidate placed on panel?
