Sir, I have been appointed as Traffic Apprentice with D.O.A 13.08.2001 in Gr. Rs 5500-9000/- and completed my 10 yrs of qualifying service in Aug 2011. I have not availed any promotion till the date. I want to know wheather I am eligible foe 1st MACP from Aug-2011 or not?
