sir, my father(track man) was expiered in year 11.03.2009 on duty by train run over , arear of 6th pay commision was not payed us and exgratia payment of rs/- 1000000 is paied by railway in the year oct 2012, can i claimed interest of the said ammount for the period of april 2009 to oct 2012 please tell me
