Respected Sir, Penalty of reduction to the lower stage was imposed upon me in Nov 2011, Immediately my basic was brought below by one stage ( Rupees 18,050/- ), my regular increment is in July, when does I will get increment? Whether I will get increment in Nov 2012 ? Or I may get regular increment in July 2012 , & then after completion of one year penalty period another increment in Nov 2012 ( which was brought below one stage in Nov 2011 )
