railway employee co-operative bank

Establishment matters

hello,

       I am selected as a officer in EASTERN RAILWAY EMPLOYEE CO-OPERATIVE BANK( ERECB).

     1  I want to know that the bank employees are categorized as railway staff or not? 

     2  What are the benefits provided to the employees? 

     3  Which body governs the bank? 

If anybody has  information then please help.
