sir, i am working as sr.te in Hyderabad division of scr. We are facing a strange problem of no promotions in the division for the last ten years. Main reasons for this was Nanded division separated from our division, even though it is separated long back administration showing excess staff at our end despite many a optiees are repatriated to our division. In this some employees are approached court of law for promotions and restructuring with retrospective benefits. Now administration denying promotions showing case pending in the court.(even though posts are lying vacant due to retirements). How far it is justified.
