I got promoted on 08/08/2013 for the post of Sr. Commercial Clerk, but due to family problems i refused my promotion for next one year. My refusal letter was accepted on date 23/01/2014. And i finally got promoted for Sr. commercial clerk again on 08/09/2015. Sir, I want to know that according to railway rules of promotion the duration of one year of refusal is valid from which date?? Whether the period of refusal is being counted from 08/08/2013(which is my original promotion date) or 23/01/2014(which is my refusal letter acceptance date)??
