Kindly help us on this one.I am talking in regards to my Aunt.Her Father was an ex railway employee(he got expired), later her mother was getting pension.After her mother got expire( since she is unmarried(dependent) she would be entitled for pension.
The question now arises as in My aunt has 4 more siblings ( all married)(2 brother/2 sister)(including 1 deceased brother).Now as per documents which was being asked her to file ( she is being asked ) to sign an affiadavit from remaining siblings(out of which one is not willing to sign the same ( due to some family disputes).Wondering as in the signature of affiadavit really required...?
Affadvit includes information as i so & so, doesn;t need pension
Along with that do we need to place the death certificate ( for the deceased siblings as well)?
SIr , do u think in first case affavit is not required since mu aunt is not unmarried(deceased person)..?
