Hi All.
Railway employee’s unmarried daughter of a widow mother (Expired on 24/01/2011) earns Rs.4413/- per month as “angawadi karmi” under CDPO project. Doesn’t she eligible to get family pension as unmarried daughter in terms of RBE. NO 112/2008(Para 8.5) and RBE. NO 99/2013 (Para 4). When the sum of minimum family pension and dearness relief (51%) comes as Rs.3500/- + Rs.1785/-(D.R) = Rs.5285/-(Total). Local authority not granted the family pension though her earnings is less than Rs.5285/-. Please advise me how she can get family pension as per extant rules.
