Dear Sir,
My father is working as SSE in Indian Railway & very shortly to be retired. My elder brother is a psychiatric patient age about 34 Years. After death of my mother around 30 years ago my father has done his second marriage & his second wife is alive. Now my question is : -
1. Whether psychiatric patients can be considered as physically challenged.
2. Whether my father can nominate family pension to my elder brother instead of his second wife.
3. Whether any property can be registered to a psychiatric patient.
I will be thankful to you if you can provide me some correct information.
