A charge sheet SF 5 was issued to me in March 2006 , every time EO calls for the witness they do not turn up , more than 30 notices have been sent to the witness but they make excuse and do not turn up , in between the relied upon documents are not being provided , one witness turned up last week , but as there were no relied documents I could not examine him , I am fighting my case as self ARE , but still EO closed the PW 1 enquiry stating , no more questions to be asked . It has been eight years and I have not received any promotion , my last promotion was in 2001 and because of this case I have not been given MACP . Am I eligible for MACP or promotion , as the case is pending against me since a long time ? Please guide.
