My father passed away while working as OS II in railways, when i approach welfare section they asked me to bring his last pay slip. His last pay slip was not found, old ones was there and one more thing before he died he was ill and was absent to duty for around 6 months, so i am confused, if he was present for 18 or 20 days of the last working month what will be his emoluments, will that bring down the amount. Whom should i approach for his last pay slip. Can i know how they calculated the settlement amount after i get them or will they give in detail what is his DA, emoluments, qualifying service and other.
Please reply in detail and to all my doubts.
