Is there any concept of Pay protection for ESM (Ex- Servicemen) in IR. (i.e.While fixing the salary of the ESM after joining IR taking into consideration of the employee last drawn salary (i.e. Basic+GP+MSP)
If 'NOT' why ?
All nationalized banks are offering the same. That is why many ESM are joining Banks, And Banks are recruiting ESM by reducing the exam pass cutoff marks in recent past and banks are doing very excellent in reaching their goals.
This is not only a financial benefit to them, but also a way of attracting highly motivated, disciplined, experienced people who have the ability with hands-on experience to work under all kinds of physical, mental and natural challenges with team work and fighting spirit.
Eg: Uttarakhand floods, Present J&K Floods rescue operation are the recent examples. ----- My Salute to all of them ....
