Pay fixation in 6th pc

R/ Sir,

I was promoted as Chief Loco Inspector(Elect) vide DRM BCT’s letter No.:E/L/839/2/5/1 Vol. II dated:03.07.2013 in PB Rs.9300-34800+4600(GP) and posted as CLI (Elect) under CTCC- NDB. My pay fixation is carried out as per DRM BCT’s letter No.:E/L/763/5 (RG) Vol. VIII dated:19.08.2013 in above PB and my pay is fixed on Rs.29630/- w.e.f. 03.07.2013, as pay shown as on 01.07.2013 Rs.21820/- whenever my pay Rs.21820/- was on 01.07.2012 instead of 01.07.2013.

As per 6th PC my pay fixation was done on 01.01.2006 Rs.17710/- in PB Rs.9300-34800+4200(GP)as my basic pay as on 01.01.2006 was Rs.6375/-

My promotions is as under:

As per DRM BCT’s letter No.:E/L/839/3/1 Vol. VII dated:10.06.2003 was promoted as Sr. Goods Driver in scale Rs. 5500-9000(RPS) and pay fixed on Rs.6025/-.
As per DRM BCT’s letter No.:E/L/839/3/1 Vol. VIII dated:14/03/2005 was promoted as Loco Pilot (Pass) Gr.II in scale Rs. 5500-9000(RPS) and pay fixed on Rs.6200/- whenever Rs.6200/- was already running from June-2004 as per increment of Sr. Goods Driver in scale Rs. 5500-9000(RPS).

As Per DRM BCT’s letter No.:E/L/1062/2 Dated:-31/01/2008

E/L/839/1 (Spl. Gr.) Vol.

I was promoted as Loco Pilot (Pass) Gr. I, in scale Rs. 6000-9800(RPS) and no any pay fixed till now.

As per 6th pc, my pay was fixed on 01.01.2006 Rs. 17710/-.

July-2006 Rs. 18240/- (Regular increment given).

Till now as per regular increment, my basic pay was on July-2012 Rs. 21820/- and in July-2013 it should be Rs. 22480/-.

But my pay fixation is done as per shown pay as on 01.07.2013 Rs.21820/- instead of Rs.22480/-.

Please tell me is my fixation is right or wrong.

Promotion from Goods Driver

Promotion from Goods Driver to Sr Goods Driver (merging grade) w.e.f. 01.05.2007, whether he is eligible to get promotional benefit in 6th PC or otherwise.
