If your father expired and your sister is dependent on you, you can enter her name.

So far no clarification has come for this. As such the existing rule of 30 April apply.

whether widow sister (dependent) to retd. employee is eligible for pass and medical facility on retd. employee account. please clarify.

Good evening sir/madam
Please clarify that if any candidate (recruit) is came for medical examination to divisional level or workshop level hospital if some tests are not exists or required specialist opinion of HQ level hospitals/Divnl. Hospitals where such specialists are available. if the candidates are eligible to get free medical pass to travel to obtain such tests/specialists opinion. what r they.

It will be given at the discretion of Railway Doctor.
Can the validity of the year ending passes be extended to 31st May instead of 30th April as per the new pass rule? Please clarify.
