in indian society it is not social to keep parents out of care. Till date 99% indians take care of their parents and live together. So parents are not only dependent but they are the legal member of our family.
As parents are with us during their various requirements mainly travelling and medical they are fully dependent on the employee in all cases. May this logic motivated the bylaw makers of all the establishment such as defence, sail, and other private sector establishments also except railway that parents are legal family members and they will get all other facilities required for a society . There fore railway administration should comply with this with humanity.
