I joined directly through RRB in 2013

2) The other person is also SSE (C&W), Mumbai division, Central Railways,
joined directly through RRB in 2004 as JE (C&W) and in the restructuring in 2014, he has become SSE as stated above.

Please let me know whether we can go ahead for mutual transfer?
