Hi I am undergoing training of SSE Diesel Electrical which comes under mechanical department in South Eastern Railways. I want to do mutual with a guy of Eastern Railways who also undergoing training of SSE. But he is in Electrical TRD which comes under electrical department. We both recruited through rrb kolkata and having same qualification. Btech electrical. Now if we do mutual we get our desired place of posting near our place. So is that mutual transfer possible? If yes when to proceed..? After training ? Can we opt for retraining based on situation? Please help
