I am looking for a mutual transfer with my friend who is working at another division where too many oneway requests are already pending. Is this by anyway affect our mutual transfer if we apply? My doubt is I will be relived or not or someone who has registered oneway on seniority basis will be posted instead of me since too many oneway cases are still pending there? We both joined three months before but different community. ALP. Same GP.Are we eligible to apply? Is there any time restriction to apply for mutual transfer like after 5 years after posting only we can apply?
