Sir,I am working as a khalasi from last six months in mechanical department.I applied for mutual transfer in base kitchen as a canteen cleaner before a month ago, i am from general category and the other candidate is obc, i want to know that is there will be any problem came in mutual transfer as our caste is different,we both having same grade pay and join through rrc and my other question is that how much time it takes for our process approximately,kindly reply me soon and guide me through the process.
