In Railway Workshop Bikaner and Ajmer of N W Railway ,Multiskilling was imposed. Superwisory Staff i.e. JEs & SSEs in workshops are salected, trained, speciallised and promoted in different Trades. Is it reasonable and fruitfull to good helth of Railways?
