I have retired in Dec.94 from central Rly. Bhusaval Div. as a OS I . at the time of retirement i have enrolled for medical facility given by Rly. and paid charges as per rule. after my retirement, in 2006 I was admited in pvt. hospital for treatment (sevior Chest pain) in heart hospital. In this hospital I had admitted in six days. after admited in Hospital they checked 2dEco and anjogrophy. In anjo they told me for Heart blockages. For this they told me as emergency By pass operation. for this I had shifted in Pvt. Hospital from Jalgaon to Pune. after investigation and all other tests they decided for open Heart operation. C.A.B.G. My operation done after three days admitted in pune.
after all treatments, I had claimed to Rly CMS Bhusawal for reimbursement of my expenses of Rs.203436/- for this treatment. But CMS BSL was reject the claim. they told me that I had not inform the Rly. for this operation. I had appeal to CMD Mumbai for this claim. but they continue CMS Bhusawal's statement.
I have not received my claim from last 8 years.
