Sub – Financial upgradation of A. K. Samantaray LRSM/BLS, KGP DIVISION, S.E.Rly under MACP.
Respected Sir,
I the under signed SM request to draw your kind attention to the following points for consideration to my MACP.
- I have joined as an ASM on 15.01.1990 at Sini Training School as a RRB candidate, selected from RRB/BBS in pay scale of 1200-1600.
- I passed my ASM training and joined on 22-06-1990. at Chhada Station in Bilaspur Division.
- I got my SM promotion on 1992 at BSP division to pay scale 5000-8000(revised)
- I came on own request transfer on bottom seniority from BSP to KGP division on 21-2-1997 as an ASM.
- Again I got my SM promotion at KGP on 09-06-2001 at KGP to pay scale 5000-8000.
- Now DPO/KGP have grant one MACP of 4600/- G.P. as 3rd promotion from 09-06-2011.
Under the above circumstances, please confirm me about the following points.
Q 1. S.M. Promotion in same scale (5000-8000) once on 1992 and another on 2001. whether justified ?
Q 2. As my appointment is on 1st 1990, am I not eligible to get my MACP from 15.01.2010 ?
Q 3. The MACP granted by DPO / KGP from 09-06-2011 as 3rd MACP, though previous 2 promotion for same SM post, so wheather this 3rd MACP is justified or it is my 2nd MACP, please confirm ?
