I have been absent in my duty from 14/09/2014 and no leave is due in my account.my Father has passed away on 10/07/2014.my widow Mother is leaving alone in kolkata and she is very ill.I need to stay 15 days leave for my Mothers treatment and how can I will apply leave after 7 days absent in my duty?I was verbally informed to my JEE about my Mothers illness on 13/09/2014 evening .
Sir help me to survive the same.....
