If a regular railway employee when sent for refresher course or any special training course to Zonal Railway Training Institue will get any journey time if the journey exceeds 350km.
Is it right that they are giving no journey time when sending for refresher training. they are relieving the staff on sunday afternoon after completion of duty on sunday for reporting to ZRTI situated at a distance of approx for journeys more than 400 km, expecting the staff to do overnight journey.
only some departments are doing like this.
please provide me any circular which gives information about journey time when sent for training or other official work on duty
