my father in law was working with NWR workshop as a Technician Ist grade, and he died last month due to cancer after 1 moth leave, his retirement was due later one year , he has only two daughters, 1 IS MARRIED(ELDEST), ANOTHER IS UNMARRIED AND STUDYING AND SHE IS ABOVE 18 YEAR, ON THE COMPENSATE GROUND BASIS MY MOTHER IN LAW AND SISTER IN LAW APPLY JOB FOR ELDER DAUGHTER(MARRIED) AND SHE IS LIVING WITH THEM AND I AM ALSO LIVING WITH THEM AND SERVED DURING BAD DAYS, IT IT POSSIBLE TO GET JOB FOR MARRIED DAUGHTER INSTEAD OF YOUNGER DAUGHTER AS SHE ALSO(BOTH) GIVE HER UNDERTAKING TO GRANT JOB FOR HER ELDER SISTER, BUT THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED YET, PLEASE LET ME KNOW, IS IS POSSIBLE, AS I READ CIRCULAR NO. 16, THERE IS NO BAN FOR MARRIED DAUGHTER ALSO.

Compassionate Ground job is given to dependant wards/widows. Since the elder daughter is not now a dependant of the deceased employee there is a complication. But there are no rules against.

My father worked as RPF/SI in southern railway had expired on 22.05.2014.
My mother has aged 55. So I would like to join in railways on Compassionate Ground with Grade A or Grade B, I had completed my MBA (Logistics & shipping mgmt), Can you please advise for which grade I am eligible?
As a MBA graduate if i am eligible for Group A or Group B in Compassionate Ground ? otherwise i have to write any exams like UPSC ( Civil Service) ?
