I joined as JE/Bridge. Our stipend is 8560Pay 2800 GP with 24 months training. Other JE's training period is minimised upto 12 months and getting 4200 GP from starting. As per 30% LDCE 4200 GP required for 5 years including training period at this term we will not eligible for the same & also monitry loss. Kindly advice.
