Presently I am Working as ACMS in North Central Railway.I wish to be transferred to Either Railway Staff College Vadodara / Indore, of Western Railway / Bhopal of West Central Railway.
Can anybody guide me in drafting me an application ( Full Draft Please/ whome to write & How to Write).
As I have already completed my more than 20 years of service , Can i request for transfer on administrative grounds or it will be treated as purely on own request.
