inter railway own request transfer on spouse account

I am working in southern railway. My wife is working as office supt (recruited as Sr.clerk) in SWR. if my wife applies inter railway own request transfer on spouse ground to Southern Railway,
I) on what grade she can apply to Southern Railway, whether office supt(present grade) or Sr.clerk(recruitment grade).
