I Mr. A. K. Samantaray, SM, Balasore draw your kind attention to the following points for consideration to my MACP.
I joined as ASM from RRB /BBS on 15.01.1990 and I was promoted to SM at BSP division on 1992. But I came to KGP division on transfer as an ASM on feb. 1997, then I promoted as SM at KGP Division on June 2001.
As per the 6th pay commision my grade was fixed as 4200. Hence grade pay 2800 to 4200, the only one promotion.
As I have completed my 20 years service on Jan 2010 , So I am eligible for my 2nd MACP from Jan. 2010.
But unfortunately my MACP has been fixed from June 2011 as 3rd MACP in gradepay of Rs. 4600/- which is quite irregular.
