increment recovery of RULE 5

i join to s.railway in December 2003 as app. tech III and August 2004 conform to tech III . at that time implement of 6 pay commission i chooses second option. fixed details are below .

as per new  RRB order one increment recovered at that time 01.01.2006 .  I AM  ALSO   LOSS ONE INCREMENT ,  MY QUARRY IS ,I AM ALSO ELIGIBLE OR NOT, BECAUSE MY PERSONAL OFFICE REFUSED .

In terms of Rule 5 of RSRP 2008, the under mentioned employees have exercised a revised option to come over to the revised pay structure subsequent to 01.01.2006 (i.e) from the date of their promotion as Technician Grade II. Accordingly their pay which was already fixed vide this office order no. ELEC/GS/AC/235/2009 dated 28.07.09 is now revised and re-fixed as under:-
