Sir, I f I submit standing instructions to the Bank Authorities to deduct my income tax, if in case of my total an annual income of pension saving account exceeds to the limit of income Tax, Can Income Tax department will consider my standing instruction letter ?

But sir, i am a retired pensioner and i am drawing my monthly pension through my Bank saving account and I don't want to claim any refund from the Income Tax department and I will permitted my bank for tax deductions, if my annual pension payment exceeds above Rs.2 lakhs. Details:- My basic pension Rs.8065, FMA Rs.300/-, plus relief.+(Basis pension Rs.8065+DR Rs.6452+FMA Rs.300/= Total Rs.14,817 minus commutation value of Rs. 3441/-
Annual pension payment amount of Rs.1,77,804 minus commutation Rs.41,292 after deductions i am receiving my annual pension payment of Rs.1,36,512/- only. So in this case if I not submit the tax deductions return statement from my pension bank account to Income Tax office , due to some heath problem etc., "Is it any problem to me ?
