How can i apply RTI to know the marks obtained to final panel and qualified employees
please aware me regarding RTI and how to apply to get marks secured for written examination and S.R marks. Detailed marks secured to Service record. what the issues they had considered and marks balloted for S.R. Is there any standard marks for S.R for specific issues like awards , qualification, performance report .....
Pay the application fee Rs. 10/- (in any Railway station) and send an application to the Information officer(Sr. DPO of the division) concerned your request.
i have applied mutual transfer with one employee. Both Railway side order has been issued. but now he is not willing for mutual transfer. so i am in sad. what can i do?
Is it possible to cancel the mutual transfer by showing any reason sir.
pls clarify me.
Even when both parties are willing Divisions are not relieving employees. Then how can you get transfer with your unwilling partner. Sorry man, you have to find somebody else.

In order to fill up 280 nos. vacant Group D post in Sambalpur Division of Employment Notice No.SBP/3/98 Dtd.31.07.1998 was issued calling applications from eligible candidates through local Employment Exchanges. Subsequently, in order to give full opportunity to all eligible persons of land losers of SBP-TLHR railway link project, a supplementary notification No.SBP/1/99 dated 05.02.1999 was issued exclusively applicable for the land losers of Sambalpur-Talcher Railway Link Project with an extended last date of receipt of application and were also allowed to apply directly against the notification dated 31.07.1998. In the meantime, the vacancy was increased from 280 to 511, which was intimated to all candidates vide call letter dated 31.07.1999 as per provision at Note under para 2 in the original notification. After conducting the selection, 429 candidates including 76 from the land losers were empanelled vide Panel dated 28.11.2000 for appointment in the railways, leaving aside another 82 posts unfilled in compliance of the interim order of the Hon'ble CAT/Cuttack in O.A nos. 74/2001, 75/2001 ... 67/2001. The Hon'ble CAT/CTC however, vide their order dated 20.02.2002 has order "the selection process executed by the respondents for filling up 511 vacancies of Gr.D posts are appointment thereto consequentially made, in the circumstances, stand quashed and are set aside. In order that the railway work under way may not suffer, we find it appropriate to direct that those already appointed should be permitted to stay in their jobs on purely temporary basis, to be replaced in due course by the applicant/family members of the land oustees. The Hon'ble Supreme Court vide their order dated 08.07.2011 has directed the railway administratio to implement the order of the Hon'ble CAT/CTC.
