Sir, we are working under cao/ workshop projects. We were earlier posted in Patna but recently we were posted at site under a common office letter. Our headquarter is Patna which is in 20% HRA criteria but site is under 10% HRA criteria. We are given 10% HRA which I think is unfair and wrong. Other thing I want to clarify that if we don't claim composite transfer grant (CTG) should we get 20% HRA or not? Pl. guide.
