HIGHER QUALIFICATION MBA FOR GROUP D STAFF OF ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

I am working as peon in railways acconts dept since 2001.I have taken permission to study MBA marketing throuh dept.Ofter completin i have submitted the certificate to railways.Can i get any increment or lumsum amount for mba.Kindly clarify it.my present (GP 1900)throuh MACP.Also clarify accounnts dept peons are in group c or gropu d.
