Respected Sir / Madom,
My father has retired on 31st Jan 2014. On his final Settlement (payment) paper, there is confusion between 2 types of funds: D.C.R.G. and Terminal Gratuity.
DCRG amount is given but Terminal Gratuity amount is NIL. Railway officials did not give any satisfied response.
Therefor, plz guide me regarding the same matter.
