I would like to state the following with respect to 6 PC pay fixation anomalies -
1) The grades 5000, 5500 and 6500 have been merged with 4600 grade pay. Why then some employees in 5500 and 5000 are given 4200 grade pay. When the policy states that the pay scales are merged there was no mention of different gr. pay then why a bifurcation has arisen later and has been manipulated with some employees in 4200 and some with 4600 (which came later on).
2) I would like to suggest that since the pay scales are merged then gr. pay should also be made equal to give 4600 to all employees in PB-2. There should be no further bifurcation.
3) The work done by the employees is the same and in some occasion is also more or better then why should there be a discrimination in the gr pay. This is an anomaly and needs to be rectified with retrospective effect at the earliest possible. This can be taken up by Anomaly Committee.
