My self appointed as Electrical Assistant Driver on 18.08.1997 through RRB/secunderabad
and posted at Rajahmundry in Vijayawada Division, Due to some personnel problems I had applied mutual transfer to Visakhapatnam division of East coast Railway without loosing my seniority in 2005. I had applied Junior Engineer (c&w) through GDCE i.e through departmental and selected for the post and sent for training in november 2010.
I had completed my training and waiting for regular posting.
1.Can I eligible to get 30% pay with my basic after completion of 13 years of service as running staff.
2.Can I eligible to get transfer allowance when I posted to any other place other than the last working place as Electrical Assistant Driver.
Till I am going to training for JE(C&W) I got promotion as Sr. Electrical Assistant Driver (Grade pay of 2800/-) only. I am drawing my substantive pay without 30% running element.
Please help me in above matter.
