My father retired in 1996 was sanctioned revised monthly pension @ 9428 wef 1.1..2006. the order also mentioned in the event of death of pensioner the family pension may be paid at the enhanced rate 9428 from next day of death for certain time or 7 years which ever is earlier. to my mother. and ordinary family pension @ 5749 there after till life time.My father died in aug 2010.I want to know what pension will my mother get after death of my father.My father has commuted his pension.My father has also not not got his pension as per this new order can my mother get the arrears of enhanced pension before the death of my father and after the death of my father
