i have completed 10 yrs of regular service on 22/11/11. so i was granted 1st macp from 22/11/11. but on that date i was on maternity leave. after availing el and ccl in continuation of maternity leave i resumed duty on 16/7/12.
my macp order was issued on 06/06/13 giving retrospective effect from 22/11/11.
sir as per me, my pay should be fixed from 22/11/12. but i will not get the arrear as i was on leave. so as per me from the date of my joining my macp calculation would be pay as on 22/11/11 i.e rs 12660 +3% of 12660+ 400 being the diff of grade pay. which comes to rs 13440/= this will be my new macp basic and then a increment of 3% will be added as the annual increment. by this my new basic from july'12 comes to 13850/-. but sir what they did in my case is they have taken by last pay drawn as 12660 + yearly increment of 3% + macp increment +diff of grade pay. which brings my new basic to 13840/- depriving me with a diff of rs 10. i hav not given any option to fix my pay from next date of increment. more over question of option doesnot arise as i was in leave duly sanctioned by the authority thus it counts to regular service. so sir, how can they change my macp date. instead of giving me fixation from 22/11/11 they have given me fixation from 16/07/12. sir becoz of this i am getting 10 less in basic then by batchmate. as they are noy fixing my pay fron 22/11/11, i am not getting the annual increment of 3% on the diff of gradepay as my batchmates are getting. sir plz clarify and kind site the ruleing as well so that i can convience my ddo
