Family Pension not yet been credited after my Father expired on 02-01-2014

 

My Father (Shib Nath Nandy) had expired on 2nd January, 2014 and I inform to our paying Branch - Dakshineswar (State Bank of India) on by letter dated 15th January 2014 for My Mother (Kalpana Nandy) family pension and my Mother signed all the documents including life certificate in the 2nd week of February 2014 but Branch has been delay to produce all the documents to your end. 

 

Now Branch told me they have submitted all the documents last week of March,2014

 

In this connection my Mother has been sufferer with financial position and till date she did not get any pension.

So, I would like to request you to please look into the matter and pay all arrears at your earliest.
