EXTENSION OF TRAINING PERIOD OF SE/TELE

respected forum members,
I have been working as APP. SE/TELE in WCR , Jabalpur. I joined the after selection through RRB, Bhopal. I have been under one year training since August 18 2011. the problem is my 6 months institutional training, which is included in my 1 year of training period is going to start at IRISET, SECUNDERABAD from 6th august 2012. which would complete in feb 2013.
my query is.
1- my one year of training will be completed in august 2012 , but my institutional traning would complete by feb 2013 . , hence my total training period would be more than 18 months. IS there any RULE THAT I SHOULD GET POSTED AS REGULAR EMPLOYEE IN AUGUST 2012 , THAT IS AFTER 12 MONTHS OF JOINING AS A TRAINEE. AND THEN GO TO ATTEND INSTITUTIONAL TRAINING AS A REGULAR EMPLOYEE
2- WHAT SHOULD I DO TO IF THERE IS NO SUCH RULE.
regular posting would enable me to get all the benefits like, medical, HRA, transport allowance etc.

It is very common that training are getting extended. You cant do anything about it.
There is no such rule that you should be posted in 12 months.

Indian Railways doesn't give this type of training. But you can approach Chief Electrical Engineer of Railway Zone and submit a request. HE can consider.

i am an ECE student. i have done my 3rd year. and i want to do training from indian railway . so please tell me about that training.

Railway give training only to employees. For ITI holders Railway workshops give Act Apprentice training.
Respected sir,
iam a steudent of ECE presuing B.tech in 3rd year, i want training in indian railway for 6 months and if it is possible then reply me as soon as possible.
