sir ,
i need a official copy of any rule ,act ,circular ,railway board orders , regarding the
"Disciplinary proceedings should be closed immediately on the death of charged employee."
it is mention in the (d&r) rules1968 mentioned on this website .. but in the orgianl rules copy it is no where available .
i need to present the documentary evedence in front of high court this said rule ..
please try to provide me authentic copy of the said rule

hello all of you , please help me i am a son of a late railway employee .i need a circular copy of railway board .. which is related to D&A rules 1968 .. a wrong enquiry and deduction is done from my fathers final settlement and amount deducted from provident fund and gratuity ... please all of you ...try for the best .
