Duties of Helper in Track machine

Respected member,

I m working as helper in track machine department, but the authorities use us in all aspect. basically our job is machine maintanance. but the authority use us as sweper, peon of officer, loding unloding etc etc.

So i want to know the exact job profile of Helper?

Machine maintenace is not the job of Helper, you are mistaken. That is the job of Technician. Your job is supposed to extend all the help regarding the working and maintenace of the machine. That is your job.

I including 15 other candidates  have been selected as a Senior P way Supervisor in CR Mumbai . As per Rail Board New Delhi letter we will be inducted as JE Pway after 1 year training. As per GM Office Mumbai 8 candidates have been allotted Solapur Division and the remaining 9 candidates have been given Bhusawal Division. The 9 candidates from Bhusawal Division have completed Medical Examination and have been asked to join immediately whereas the Solapur Division has not issued letters for medical examination till this date. The OS of Eng Personal Branch at Solapur Division while speaking over phone always says that the file is put up but not cleared. Why there is so much delay ? The exam was conducted on 09.09.2012, the results were declared on 28.03.2014. This is the way of recruitment in Railways. Please do something.

Sir I am worked in BCM helper.....I want know which type of maintenance in our machine,

What is the duties of helper.....??

My block place is Pgt here weather is high temperature in maintanece time...can we get any employee protection of this type of weathers

Plz give a aptable reply sir
