One sri MANIK LAL CHAKRABORTY Ex PS/II to AM/NFR/BPB was promoted to PS/II and transferred & posted under ADRM/NFR/LMG in scale Rs. 6500-10500 vide GM/P/NFR/MLG's O.O. No. E/255/6/Pt.XI(Q) dt 13/14-1-2005 & he has not been spared to carry out his promotion in time for want of relief on administrative ground & in office order in question it was clearly mentioned if the staff concerned could not be spared for want of relief then his promotional benefit should be given effect in his respective place of working i.e. Badarpur from the date of issue of Office Order.But the same has not been given and thus resulting loss of one increment as well as pension for the rest of his life & his family.
