I received a covered letter from Egmore hospital to reach perumbur HQ hospital on 28-08-2014, but due to some personal problems i was not able to reach the same day & instead i reached on 23-09-2014.
When i reached there( being unaware of the matter ) i opened the letter and handed it over to the attender . The attender told me that the letter should not have been opened because it is a confidential letter to the doctor.The attender told the matter to doctor and he advised me to bring a new letter from the previous hospital(Egmore).After that i went back to Egmore hospital &requested the doctor for a new letter but she ignored saying that it can not be given again.Now i am in big trouble pls advice me what to do?
Is it possible to give a request letter to CMD(HQ PERUMBUR HOSPITAL)Will he be able to help me??
