Degree approve

I have passed diploma in mechanical engineering from Tilak maharastra vidyapith (Deemed university), pune  in the year of 2010.

So my query is,

1.Is my Diploma valid for RRB junior engineer post?

2.RRB approved deemed university diploma ?
