I joined U.P State Govt. In Feb. 2009.I applied for state govt. & railway both, in 2008. After 3 yrs & 5 months,i resign and join railway after got N.O.C through proper channel (on base of applied before joining in stste govt.).I want to know about process of counting previous state govt. service in present railway service, and about the benefits.
